Kristie brings over 20 years of legal experience and 15 years of experience conducting Title IX and employee misconduct investigations for schools, universities, corporations, and government entities. As a neutral investigator and advisor, she handles complex cases involving sexual misconduct, harassment, and discrimination. Kristie also consults on policy development, ensuring compliance with federal regulations. In addition to her legal work, she delivers engaging presentations & trainings on sexual assault prevention, consent, and preparing for the transition to college life, empowering students, parents, and organizations with the knowledge to foster safer environments. Kristie earned her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and her B.A. in Sociology and Gender Studies from the University of Notre Dame. She is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Texas, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
