Title IX
Investigations Kristie serves as a neutral investigator in Title IX investigations for secondary schools, colleges and universities. She has been conducting gender-based and sexual misconduct investigations for over 12 years. She also serves as an Advisor to students involved in Title IX investigations.
She provides consulting and legal advice on all issues related to sexual assault, intimate partner violence, sexual harassment and stalking. Kristie also reviews, drafts, and revises policies and procedures that govern an institution’s response to sexual misconduct focusing on compliance with Title IX, the Clery Act, and federal, state and local laws and regulations. |
Employee Misconduct Investigations
Kristie conducts formal and fact-gathering internal investigations for large corporations, small businesses, government entities and municipalities. Her work includes handling interviews, drafting comprehensive reports and testifying before various entities about her investigative findings.

Sexual Assault Presentations & Trainings
Kristie gives presentations to high school students and parents of high school students. Topics include: - what sexual assault really looks like; - how consent is defined and determined; - best practices for staying safe in high school and college; - the impact of social media on sexual assault; and - preparing for the transition to college life. |
